School Board
The function of St. Teresa School Board is to create better understanding of Catholic education while formulating and implementing the policy for Catholic Education in the Parish pursuant to the governance of the Diocesan Board of Education.
School Board meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm in the Parish Center. Meetings are open to all parents, students, staff and parishioners of St. Teresa’s. Anyone who wishes to address the Board should contact the School Board president or Principal at least 7 days in advance of the meeting with their request.

The St. Teresa Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is an active volunteer group that organizes committees, projects and fundraisers to enhance St. Teresa School.
The Mission of St. Teresa PTO
The mission of the PTO is to foster communication between St. Teresa School and its families; to develop unified efforts in the interest of the physical, mental, social, and spiritual education of every child attending St. Teresa School; to promote the welfare of the students in their homes, the church and community and create a greater appreciation of Catholic education; to help provide a pool of volunteers to assist at the school when necessary; and to fulfill these objectives through meetings, projects and fundraising activities.

Perpetual Help Ladies Club
St. Teresa Perpetual Help is an organization for the women (all ages) of St. Teresa Parish. The members of Perpetual Help are dedicated to working with St. Teresa Parish and School both socially and spiritually. All women of the parish are welcome to become members.
Events, activities, and support for St. Teresa students, faculty, and the community are:

Events, activities, and support for St. Teresa students, faculty, and the community are:
- St. Teresa Students: Bibles for 5th Graders; Pumpkin Patch; Santa’s Cottage; Catholic Schools Week; School Play; NJHS Dance.
- St. Teresa Teachers/Faculty: Monetary gifts during Catholic Schools Week.
- Community: Holiday Game Night; Quilt Bingo; Everything Under the Sun/Rummage Sale; Thursday Night Bingo; Community Garden; Donations to St. Vincent de Paul, Interfaith Food Pantry, Cosgrove’s Kitchen.
- Spiritual: First Communion and Confirmation gifts and receptions; 40 Days for Life; Continued prayers for the unborn.

Men's Club
The St. Teresa Men’s Club is a social and service club that is open to all men of the Parish (Must be 21 years or older).
Meetings are held on the Second Monday of the month (Aug-May), in the Parish center. The meeting date may be changed due to holidays and other planned Men’s Club events. Dinner shall start at 6:30 pm, with the meeting starting at 7:00 pm.

Purpose:
- To assist the grade school youth of the parish by raising funds to further their activities in the school’s athletic programs.
- To assist the youth of the Parish in becoming morally sound, mentally alert and physically fit.
- To interest the parents of the Parish youth in the extracurricular activities of their children.
- To approve the Athletic Department annual operating budget.
- To approve any specific expenditure above the amounts of the annually approved budget.
